SHIPPING, HANDLING & RETURNS

Typically, free shipping promotions apply only to those orders shipped within the United States. If you qualify for free shipping, the option will be available to you during check out. In addition, you can forgo the free shipping option and choose an expedited option at any time.
There a couple of reasons why your order may not have immediately shipped. Most of the orders ship within 24 hours of receipt.
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account. If you checked out as a guest, the tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail. Please be sure to check your junk folder if this does not come directly through to your primary inbox.
